• The pet´s owner is fully responsible for any damages that may be caused and these will be borne by the pet’s owner.
• During the stay pets should be with their owners at all times.
• Only dogs and cats (maximum 5 Kg) accustomed to being in public places and amongst other people can be admitted.
• The charge pet per night is 19€, although for stays longer than a week we would apply a discount (depending availability and date).
• Breeds considered dangerous (Bull Terrier, Argentine bulldogs, American Stafford terrier, etc) are not allowed.
• You must bring the pets own bedding and utensils.
• Pets must enter and leave the hotel in there holder/bag.
• Pets must be kept clean and in good health.
• If due to heat, nerves, etc., the animal loses it hair, the owner will be responsible for the cleaning and hygiene of your animal within your apartment.
• Pets must not be left alone in the duplexes and are not allowed to roam the hotel.
• Pets cannot be around the pool area o bar area.
• Pets must not be allowed to climb on the beds, chairs, etc.
• The animal must be in good health and hygiene conditions including immunization records and pet passport.
• Failure to comply with any of these obligations could result in additional charges being levied to the pet owner by the management.
