Because of that, we want to give to all our clients the chance of rescheduling their bookings at no cost, for any reason, up to 6 months since the booking date. You may choose other dates as long as there is availability for the requested date.
The amount of the reservation is consigned so that the client can spend it in the following six months from the check-in date in the non-refundable reservations.
This measure applies to all reservations regardless of the channel through which it has been managed.
